Where do the starting numbers come from?
They are examples, so the calculator shows something when the page opens. They are not industry averages or survey results. Change every one to your own numbers.
How do I find out how many calls I miss?
Look through your phone's call history for a typical week and count the calls nobody answered, including any that went to voicemail. Your phone network or phone system may list missed calls too.
Does every missed call cost me a job?
No. Some callers ring back, some leave a voicemail you return, and some were never going to become work. That is why the calculator asks for your own estimate of how many missed callers would have become work.
Will Tilly win all of that work back?
