What is the best way to forward calls?
Forward only the calls you miss. Your phone still rings first, and anything you cannot answer goes to Tilly instead of voicemail.
Does forwarding cost anything?
Often a little. Mobile networks usually count a forwarded call like any other call from your phone, and most landline providers charge a monthly fee for call divert. Each provider's charges show when you choose it above.
How do I turn it off?
Dial the stop code shown with your code, or use the same setting on your phone. On most mobiles, ##002# switches every kind of forwarding off at once.
Do I need to dial it from the phone itself?
Yes. Divert codes work from the phone or line you want to forward, not from another phone.
Can I keep my number?
Yes. That is the point of forwarding: callers ring your usual number, and Tilly answers when you cannot.
