Your day is not only the appointments Tilly takes. A quote visit, the school run or a dentist appointment: if it is in your calendar, she will not offer that time. Before she suggests a slot she checks your calendar as well as your Tilly diary, so a caller is never booked over something you already have on.
Connect the calendar you already use
- Google Calendar: sign in with Google once, from Integrations in your dashboard
- Outlook and Apple Calendar: paste your calendar's private iCal address, and she reads it in the same way
- Repeating events and time zones are understood, and she keeps checking your calendar through the day
Every booking in your calendar
With Google Calendar connected, each booking she takes goes straight into your calendar as an event. It is updated when you confirm the booking and removed if it is cancelled.
With a calendar address, each booking email comes with a calendar invite that Gmail and Outlook add for you, and you can subscribe to a private feed of all your bookings.
Only what she needs
From Google she reads whether you are busy or free, never what your events say. Calendar addresses are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.
